the location was convenient as it was near the park and museums.
The staff ignored me upon arrival. They were too busy chatting behind the counter to acknowledge my presence or explain the check-in process, which i found unwelcoming and unhelpful. the drapes also looked really dirty

friendly staffgreat viewrooftop balcony
i found the staff very friendly they allowed early check-in by two hours. my rooftop room had a balcony i really liked with great views. the room wasn't luxurious however the balcony was a highlight.
the carpets didn't seem very clean. the room felt quite cold sometimes and there was no air conditioning.

the hotel is located near vondelpark it is easy to get to the centre by walking, bicycle, or tram. the area has many restaurants and brunch spots nearby and it offers good access to public transport.

the staff let me check in a bit early, that was really nice. the rooftop room had a balcony and it had cool views. it wasnt super fancy, but the balcony really delivered.
